Got a quick question: Does Medifast deliver to Puerto Rico? Many thanks for any answer. My 2nd question... Ok for lack of better way to put this- I now am pretty sure it is my L&G that is causing BAD tummy upset/gas.

I searched and found lots of others with the same problem. I need to steer away from the lettuce for a while so just hoping to hear others favorite veggie ideas (i know there is a ton out there but would still like to hear them)..

Yup, but you might wanna make sure and wait for another person to confirm it as I am not quite sure. Better yet, why don't you email the Medifast guys because they can give you an answer better...

Have you tried using "Beano" before the meal you consume veggies. The added enzyme will neutralize the gas and upset issue..

Yellow squash, but buy it fresh not frozen, steamed.

Zucchini squash as well steamed.

Cauliflower steamed well done..

My new favorite vegis are zucchini and summer(yellow) squash. I like to cut in rounds, lay on cookie sheet, spray with olive oil, add 1/2 tsp garlic salt seasoning. Bake, 400 for 30-40 minutes. I like mine to brown a bit, so sometimes, I keep them in for longer..

Spaghetti squash is also great!!.

I do the same as jampot only with fresh asparagus, 15 min at 450, it stays crunchy but is cooked through, yummy...

Have to try the baked asparagus!! I usually microwave mine in 2 TBSP of WF or Newman's light salad dressing. Thanks ceejaa1..

I have never been big on cooked veggies, it's a texture thing with me, but the roasting keeps them crisp which is much more up my alley. I am going to try the broc too, I may end up actually liking veggies in something besides a salad!..

Red, orange and yelllow bell peppers with onion and mushrooms. If I need a healthy fat I saute in large skillet with oil and salt. If I do not I roast in oven and apply salt after they are done. I use 1 of each, and a whole package of mushrooms. It is a pain to weigh but oh so good, with just about any meat...
