I got a quick question: Does anyone know of a good wax you could by at a Vitamin Shoppe?.

I also got another question: Okay I have not talked to anyone from nutrisystem since the wait time is long, I have a question? Well a couple of questions? I started yesterday and was wondering a couple of things....

1. If I skip a Fruit Serving can I make it up later? IE The Morning Snack...

2. Does the Salad Dressing in the dinner count as your Fat?.

3. The Low GL for Breakfeast can that be changed to a whole banana instead of 1/2 banana?.

4. So I can eat as much salad as I want, is there anything else I can eat more of? Or Free food?.

5. Does the milk in cereal count as your diary?.

6. Is there anyplace on the nutrisystem site that answers your questions like this>.

Yes, you can eat the food in any order you want. Just not all at one big meal. I love to have my breakfast entree first and then have the fruit & dairy/protein as a mid-morning snack..

2. Does the Salad Dressing in the dinner count as your Fat?.

The only salad dressing that counts as a fat is if you have regular salad dressing instead of fat free..

3. The Low GL for Breakfeast can that be changed to a whole banana instead of 1/2 banana?.

I guess you are either a man or a woman with more than 100 pounds to lose so you get the low GI carb, but I don't think the banana counts as a carb..

4. So I can eat as much salad as I want, is there anything else I can eat more of? Or Free food?.

Any food that is 20 calories or less is considered a free food. You can have 3 free foods per day, but you may not have all 3 at once..

5. Does the milk in cereal count as your diary?.

No. I says in your planner that the 1/2 cup milk on your cereal is not part of the dairy and you still get a full dairy/protein..

6. Is there anyplace on the nutrisystem site that answers your questions like this>.

There are a lot of FAQ's at the top of some pages, but the best way is to peruse the site a lot and just ask the questions...

I know you said under 20 cals but give me an example? Is it nurtisystem food or normal food..

There's a list of free foods posted frequently on these boards, but I don't have it handy..

It's real food, not NS. For example:.

Celery.

Radishes.

Ketchup for your NS burger.

Coffee, tea.

...the list goes on..

You can really have 20 calories of anything you want...

All men get the low GI carbs. Women with more than 100 pounds to lose also get the low GI carbs. I knew it didn't sound right the first time I typed it. LOL!!..

Welcome! If you click your back arrow and go to the thread entitled "If we do have bread???", the second posting (by Pam) will answer a lot of your questions and provide other links. My favorite free foods are: 2 - 3 cubes of laughing cow cheese (7 calories each), ready-made strawberry Jello-O (10 calories) topped with 1 T of fat free Cool Whip (8 calories), and sugar free popsicles (15 calories). You can browse the site and hit buttons to learn things. the meal planner tells alot of your questions. no a banana is a fruit. there is a list in the planner for carb servings. the milk for the cereal is included in the nutritional facts for the cereal. you can still have milk for the protein..

There are 'free foods', calories are 20 or less with other stipulations. you can have three times a day-not at the same time though..

Graylady has tips.

Different dicussion threads has alot of tips..

Oh yeah, you can spread out the food, or change dinner for lunch or anything around, just make sure you eat all your food and drink all your water. good luck!!..
