Got a question... Do you want to save $30-80 on Medifast? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. Another question... I doubted the plan the first 2 days so I was not doing great staying OP..

I decided to trust the plan and stay on it 100%! I can't let the money I spent go down the drain and This is my problem I just never stick with any plan or give it a chance..

It has been a week since I started and I lost 15 pounds!!!! Wow! I feel great I love all of the foods so far (except for the oatmeal I tried the first day, first meal LOL...will have to try that again see how it tastes now) I feel I can stick with this, I know I can. Makes me very excited that finally things will change for me!!..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..

That is an awesome first week! I'm jealous lol. It took me 3 weeks to loose 15, but thats much better than gaining it.

It does get easier to stay motivated and on plan the further in you get, I just put in my second order and I wasn't sure I was going to do that around mid point of week two. Hopefully my scale will keep giving me results that keep me motivated and if not I know I can always come here and find something encouraging. Congrats on your super week one!!..

Thanks everyone!!! Its so great to see we are all doing well and losing even if it is a few lbs here and there, it's still a loss! I was not expecting this big a loss at all. I do have a lot to lose ..100+ so it's encouraging to see especially after trying every other plan out there and not getting results like this...

I kind of feel the same way. I'm not usually one to compare myself to others (especially when I know everyone's situation is different) but I do feel envious of other people who have lost more weight (or will continue to do so at a faster pace). I know I shouldn't feel that way because my first week loss was good but I just have this sense that that was The Big One and the rest will be minimal loss with maximum effort. So I have mixed feelings about these boards as a result - that my fear that my weight loss wont keep pace will be realized, but I also want to interact with others going through the program...

I just finished my first week yesterday, too. I was down 12.1 pounds. I was shocked. It sounds like quite a few of started out on April 4th. We should try to chat with each other and keep each other motivated. I now I have a long way to go and I could use the company along the way...

Wow thats awesome I also finished first week BUT only 5.4 lbs I thought I stuck to it well Any suggestions ladies to see better results..
