I have searched the boards, but I can't find any new ways to fix the creamy tomato soup. I don't like it and I was hoping someone could give me some suggestions as to how to spice it up or something-anything!..

I'm with you..I can't tolerate the stuff! The pizza crust is the only thing I've used it in and that is pretty good!..

Well this may not be helpful because I like the Cream of Tomato soup, but I do doctor it a little. You can add a tbls of salsa to it and some hot sauce or chili pepper. You can add some canned tomatos (like Rotel) that have seasonings already in them. (just check the labels for carbs) You can add a sprinkle of butter buds, some garlic, and a little minced onion. You could add a little italian seasoning and an ounce of shredded FF cheese. You could also add a wedge of Lite Laughing Cow cheese to make it more creamy.

Definitely mix it up the night before with your seasonins. I cook mine in the microwave, but cooking it on the stove makes it better for a lot of people. Good luck!..

Use the cracker recipe for the cream of broccoli. the tomato soup ends up tasting like pizza without even putting anything else on it...

Ok-I am willing to try anything-but what is the cracker recipe or the pizza crust? I don't mind looking, just tell me where to find it and I will scower the earth!..

I've make Pasta "Spaghetti" Sauce out of it sometimes.

I take 1 Tablespoon of Contadina Italian Herb Tomato Paste, mix 3/4 cup water into the paste until it is throughly mixed and then add that mixture into the Medifast Tomato Soup powder. Stir well and heat on stove top. I end up with what I think is a pretty tasty, thick "spaghetti sauce". I then put it over the angel hair shiritaki noodles.

1 Tablespoon of the Contadina Paste has 18 calories, 3.5 gms Carbs. I just count it as a condiment...

I put "Mrs. Dash" Chipotle seasoning in it with a dash of onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

I haven't tried the making "crackers" or "pizza" with it, but I started my third month on the 11th, so I want to try some new things...

Try the Creamy Tomato Soup Seafood Gumbo recipe recently posted. I haven't made it yet, but I printed it out and it sounds great! She adds celery, okra, bell pepper, shrimp, crab, clams and Old Bay seasoning with a little file gumbo powder. A perfect little lunch!.

Good luck,.

I have to say that I found the pizza crust was the best. I tried it the other day when I was feeling about ready to say the heck with it..but instead I decided to put some effort in making something different. I cant remember where I got the recipe but if I find it will let you know..
