Couldn't find any of the cracker recipes so I got brave and whipped something up on my own. I took the chicken noodle soup, which I don't really care for, put it in my Magic Bullet with the grinder blade, and ground it into powder-added like a half tsp of baking powder in there too. Then I sprinkled in a little (couple of shakes) Italian herbs-just basil, oregano, etc., dash of pepper. Added water very sparingly till it was just moist-Took my little toaster oven pan and sprayed it with butter flavored Pam, and by teaspoonfuls squashed it onto the pan about 1/8" thick. Baked in toaster oven for about 10 minutes, MOL. The bottoms got slightly browned, I was afraid to leave them in too long, fearing they would become like rocks.

I nibbled to taste, actually tastes a lot like stuffing. Not bad, it's my lunch for tomorrow...

Wow...I second that it sounds great! I'm going to have to try this one! (I've never used my toaster oven...this is perfect.)..

Oooooooo..... I wonder if we can somehow work this into a "stuffing" for thanksgiving (that is the ONE thing I know I will have trouble resisting...).

Maybe with some oatmeal??.

I am going to give it a try next week when my oatmeal replacements arrive (I always wait till the last minute to order.... urrg!).

I do like the soup, but thought I'd try this for a change. I did use the magic bullet and the regular oven. Added a bit of rosemary and garlic powder. Yum! They do taste like stuffing. Thanks for the recipe! It woud not have occurred to me to grind the soup...

Sounds great for something baked and not sweet..

I made a Red Lobster biscuit yesterday that was pretty good too:.

1 broccoli soup packet.

1/4 cup water.

Scant of garlic powder.

1/2 tsp baking powder.

1/2 tsp of popcorn cheddar salt = 2 calories.

Couple sprays of ICBNB spray.

Baked on a pam sprayed cookie sheet in the toaster oven @ 350. about 10 minutes (watching it closely) I did spray a little butter spray on the mixture top and a sprinkle more of the cheddar salt..

It was pretty tasty!..

FYI... after your thread got me thinking about stuffing, I found a recipe for this... I posted it under "Holiday Meal Ideas....anyone??"..
