I got a quick question: Can you find birth control at a Vitamin Shoppe?.

I also got another question: I just started and was really nervous about the eggs - especially after seeing the powder form! However, they were really good! I added a laughing cow light wedge and had my tbsp of ketchup! Very filling and good! This will be easy if all of the food is this good.

Any other food favorites?..

Your question was: Can you find birth control at a Vitamin Shoppe?.

So glad you were pleasantly surprized!! - The eggs are really good! - I had exactly the same reaction when I first had them! -.

One of my personal fav's is the flame broil beef patty! - Again - Something that you wouldn't think would be all that great! - Oh my goodness! - You feel like you are eating a real cheatin' type of burger! - Be sure to put lots of lettuce, tomato, onion and even Laughing cow cheese on the whole wheat bun! - It's SSOOOOO good!.

ENJOY!! and Best to you!!.

The meatloaf and mashed potatoes are my favorite. Don't be afraid to eat the potatoes because of the color. Just mix them up and try them with a little of the sauce. Actually, I think I'm pretty lucky, I like the taste of most of the foods. Good Luck!..

Try adding a Boca Burger to your NS burger, a slice of turkey bacon and some lettuce, tomato, FF cheese and FF Thousand Island dressing..and there you have a Big Mac! One of my fav meals!..

Try putting it in a green pepper and baking it..stuffed pepper! This is really good!..

Yes - I cooked it stovetop as I do not like eggs microwaved...

I luv the microwaved eggs. I was a little hesitant too, but if you cook'em right they are yum. I add cheese to them. I put more on my next order. It's something I can eat on the way to work too...

After hearing they were powdered and reading some posts here, I was worried and only ordered one. And the only reason I ordered that was so I could see the nutritional information and see if I could duplicate. Because, as expected, I got an omelet craving this morning.

I mixed the egg powder (the one with cheddar cheese) in the cup with some hot water. Then beat an egg and mixed the two together. Scrambled up with some broccoli, added a dash of hot sauce and yum, yum, yum.

Now I wish I ordered more!..

Don't forget, you can always see the stats of the food before you order it....

I haven't tried these yet but I couldn't imagine microwaved eggs. lmao. I'll probably try them on the stove top too...

Love the eggs, and even in the microwave. They don't give me gas..

So versatile. Maybe one day, cheese, another day salsa, another day mushrooms and spinach (just a little frozen spinach, free), make a quiche..

Love em!..

I like to add hot sauce to the eggs. 1 tbls. makes them AWESOME and I add some frozen veggies too. Top it with fat free cheese. YUMMY!..

Cant' beat the eggs for the ultimate protein vs carb entre. I like the plain old regular egg entre. I could never get either the eggs with cheese or the eggs with veggie "chunks" to taste good. I always prepare the eggs on the stove, but I could not get the cheese and the veggie chunk versions to hydrate the cheese or veggies enough. I let them sit for 15 minutes. I tried warmer water (vs tap water).

I also add sauted veggies of my own (not the soy stuff!!)..

I find the eggs pretty good also. Either in the microwave or on the stove. However, on the stove you can add more to it. On of my favorite things to do with the eggs is to add 1 ounce of chopped steak, 2 chopped mushrooms and some onion to them. You can buy precooked lean steak and chicken strips at most supermarkets..

One of my other favs is the meatloaf with mashed potatoes...mmm.mmm good!.

Question: Is laughing cow cheese allowed in NS? How do you count that in your daily allowance?..

So I hear everyone talking about using the stove to cook the food... how exactly do you do that? Water first, mix it up then pour it in a skillet?..

Today was the first time I tried the scrambled eggs, and I must have really goofed up because they were really runny, still grainy, and not appetizing appearing in any way. Wonder what I did wrong?..

I am so glad I found this thread. I have been gagging on the eggs. I never considered cooking them on the stove top but you can believe I will from now on. Mine in the microwave would either be lumpy or runny......I bought mushrooms yesterday and I am going to saute a container with some onions and keep that in the fridge so I can add it to the eggs. I think that will really help. I also bought a pack of frozen veggies that I have cooked and ready to add to my lunch and dinner meals and that sure has made this process streamlined.

You can add a dash of cinnamon or use your fat allotment in walnuts and it tastes heavenly. Good luck to us all!..

Today was my 4th time trying the dreaded eggs. Can you tell I'm trying to give them a chance? I actually enjoyed them today for the first time...I added a regular egg to it and added alot of pepper and one laughing cow cheese. It was pretty good I must admit..

I haven't worked up the nerve to try mine yet, but I will tomorrow, since people seem to like them...

Here's what I do:.

Beat them up with the water and 1 extra REAL egg. Chop up some veggies and throw them in a skillet... Scramble away! Sometimes on the weekends I'll give up all my protein for the day and make a delicious Denny's-like skillet. Scramble as I said above with the veggies and whatnot. But also add two chopped Boca sausage links and 1/2 oz. of FF shredded cheddar. YUMMY!..

I always mix up the eggs the night before with a little onion powder and pepper...in the morning they are the consistancy of real eggs, and I cook them in a small skillet....they are done in about a minute and taste great..

I love the eggs I am a very picky eater and thats all I ordered for breakfast. I nuke them and think they are great.

I also like the fettuchini alfredo.

The hamburger tastes to me like a McDonalds burger... not bad at ALL.

The graham fudge bar for luch (cold) is delicious..

I have to say I am quite impressed with the food..

One thing is that I think that the sauce for the pastas is kinda spicey..

Same here. I ordered a Maintenance order one time of two months of breakfasts and I got ALL eggs...

Did you nuke them or stove top them? Stove top is so much better and you can add a 1/4 cup of egg beaters (extra dairy/protein) sauted mushrooms and onions and make yourself one heck of an omelet! I also add some FF shredded cheese!..
