Of course! but... you might wanna make sure and wait for someone else to confirm it as I am not completely sure. Better yet, why don't you ask the Medifast guys because they can assist you better...
Lucky in Love,.
I just started too and have found that the Cappuccino is delicious! I stopped drinking coffee, and am a Diet Coke Zero addict but this Cappuccino might change that too. Remember when you're making it, though, to put just a little bit of water in a cup with the mix and make a paste, then add boiling water. NO LUMPS!!.
Good luck to you and congratulations on your wedding!!..
Welcome, Amanda! I recommend just ordering the variety pack. That way, you can try several items and decide which ones you like best for future orders. Everyone's taste is very different around here. For instance, I am not a fan of the brownie, but it is a big hit around here..
Welcome Amanda! Go to the tab at the top of this page, entitled Success Tools,,and read, read, read! The more you have the plan locked into your mind, the easier you will find it to follow..
Wishing you much success!!..
I just started yesterday and I had to run to the store yesterday for dill pickles and chicken broth. Yesterday I wasn't really hungry but wanted to "eat". The dill pickles have helped. Maybe it's a crunchy thing for me..
Everyone says that the first few days can be hard and I have to agree. Not undoable but a bit uneasy. I was asleep by 8:30 last night, had a mild head ache and wanted to eat. Today, it's a bit better. I took ibuprofen, have a dill pickle with me and the facination with food is better..
I agree that everyone seems to have different tastes in the food. You really have to try things to see what you do and do not like. I know it is hard to think of spending money on something you might not like, have to have it 7 times until you can get your next order. Also look at how people have added sugar-free syrups and other ways they have doctored things a bit..
Best of luck.....
Yup, everyone's taste is differentmy one suggestion would be that if you're someone who likes salty/savory snacks to get a box of the puffs or the honey mustard pretzels. I was definitely getting weary of "sweet" options by the time I placed my second order, and I'm pretty sure none of those are in the variety pack. If you think you might have trouble getting into the water habit, you might want to consider a box of the infusers. I recommend a blender bottle in addition to the shaker jar, especially if you'll be prepping meals away from your home..
Other than that, yup, just read all the materials carefully and spend some time browsing the threads for tipsthere's a lot of great info there..
Eta: if you get a product you absolutely loathe, I believe you can exchange it if you've only used one packetI haven't really found anything so horrible to my palate to make it worth the effort, but other people can advise you on that...
I don't know about returning items, but I posted on Craigslist in my area to trade and I have had a few takers..
I still have some that I can't stand (soups especially), but I got some things I like in trade pancakes, pretzels, dutch chocolate shake.
I just ate some of the honey mustard pretzels and love them!!!.
I started yesterday and so far I haven't found anything that I don't like. But I let my meals rehydrate for a couple of hours, including the shakes. The morning meal I rehydrate before I go to bed..
Heck, I even like the oatmeal which seems to not be a favorite...
