I got a quick question: Can I buy Herbal Phentermine from a Vitamin Shoppe?.

I also got another question: Has anyone tried these dressings? Bob recommends them on "The Biggest Loser". I've only found them online ( , but with the shipping so high, I wanted to hear some reviews before spending the money on ordering them!..

Your question was: Can I buy Herbal Phentermine from a Vitamin Shoppe?.

It's not bad on those stats - just not fat free.

For 2 T of the Ceasar:.

Calories: 28.

Fat: 2 grams.

Sodium: 112 mg.

Carbs: 1 gram.

Protein: 1 gram..

You could use that as your dressing for fat for dinner..but 1 tbsp.....

I'm more concerned with the flavor than the stats! LOL I know if I eat it I'll need to count it appropriately in my day - just looking to see if anyone else had actually tried it before. Apparently trainer Bob thinks it's delish and eats it every day...

I'd be afraid that I wouldn't be able to limit the serving. 1 tablespoon doesn't go very far. Would you put on your salad?.

Maybe a topper to a celery stick?.

I'll bet it would make a great base for a deviled egg. I hard boil them and make a deviled egg paste..

I put it on celery and sometimes a rice cake..

Now I'm curious. I'd love to try it but I can't afford to buy it online...

Well if it's good enough for trainer Bob..who isn't on NS by the way...I vote for tasty but I am also one of those people who likes a lot of dressing on my I go with FF and have the 2 tbsp...but this dressing I would like to find and try myself....

I don't like most of the FF dressings so usually opt for the LF versions - I'm not seriously worried about 2 grams of fat in my salad dressing if I skip my evening fat. A tablespoon of olive oil contains 11 grams of fat and 120 calories, so I don't think 2 grams of fat and 28 calories are going to slow my weight loss...

No, it won' long as you stay within the guidelines you will be fine. Let me know when you find this dressing and how it taste....I like good dressings..Walden Farms is NOT good dressing but I eat it..there are loads of FF dressings on the shelf that taste like NOTHING.....

WF tastes TERRIBLE to me!!! LOL I have a brand new bottle in the fridge. I stuck my finger in and tasted it when it arrived, but I couldn't force myself to actually eat it. The only FF dressing I've ever found that I like is the Ken's Raspberry Pecan - but it is 50 calories for 2T (high sugars), so I don't like to use it as my everyday dressing..

I'm not hearing from anyone who has actually tried the Galeos dressings - so I'll probably skip ordering it myself unless I can find it at a store instead of buying online...

I agree..the only WF I like is the Thoiusand Island and Bacon...I just make sure that I have something else in my the NS chicken salad....try posting it again in the OT boards..there should be someone who has had this!..

I actually just bought some today from Whole Foods and I like it. I got the Miso Dijionnaise and it's pretty flavorful. A little seemed to go a long way...

Yes, Yes ....I have used the Galeos dressings for years and they are indeed the best! I like the Ceasar and the Sesame Asian one that I can't remember the exact name of right now. In fact I LOVE a tablespoon of the Ceasar instead of mayo on sandwiches (when I wasn't on NS) and as a dip for veggies. It really doesn't taste diet at all. I got mine at Gelson's market but I think they also have it at Vons (I'm in California) but most major grocers have it I think. It is usally in the refrig section near the lettuce and not in the normal dressing section. Ask the manager of your local market where to find it. I give it an 8 on a scale of 1 - 10...

The Miso Sesamee looks good .05gms on sugar , I love Miso flavor ... Ginger is good too ,hmmm makes ya wonder price is par but maybe you could get in market and skip shipping $ ( I doubt they ship free I tend to get hungry every time I hear these names 'm I s o ' hehehehehe I lov Japanese food and Mexican and Italian err I guess that may be why I am on NS hehehehe Kam..

I haven't tried the Galeos, but I absoultly olve Litehouse Seasame Ginger Dressing. No fat and 28 cals in 2Tblsp. They carry it at our SUper Walmart!!! Yum Yum!..

I'll have to check my local Wal-Mart and see if they carry this. I haven't been able to find the Galeos in any of the stores around me, so I'll give this one a shot. Thanks for the recommendation!..

What are the calories? Sugar? Sodium? I love miso dressing but the ones we have here are high in sugar.....
