Before I begin, I wanna ask: Are there any Vitamin Shoppes left with soda fountains?.

My next question is: Hello everyone, I am a neewbie and I am very excited about the program. I have been on for three days and I don't feel hungry at all but I feel very weak. no energy. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this when they started and how long it took to overcome it? I want to start excercising again but I don't have the strength asof yet. Any advice would be helpful. I know I can't continue feeling like this though and I don't want to give up... I know it works!!!..

Your question was: Are there any Vitamin Shoppes left with soda fountains?.

Make sure you are eating all the fruits and vegetable add-ins along with more protein than dairy.

The first couple days or weeks your body is adjusting to lower carbs, less sugar and less calories. It takes a while for your body to get used to it. You might want to add a few extra calories in the way of an extra snack of fruit and protein for a week or so. Just until your body gets used to the plan. Just an extra 100-200 calories won't hurt your weight loss too much but it will help you stay on track and give you a little extra energy...

Make sure you are getting in all of your add - ins. And choose the highest calorie entrees for the first few days..

It will get better. I was really hungry for about 3-4 days, now I get very full and have tons of energy!..

One more thing to try, Iron suppliments or add the 2 tablespoons of raisens.

You are allowed. I had this problem in a previous life (another diet) and it.

Helped a lot.

Congratulations on choosing Nutrisystem, it is a fabulous program, great boards,.

And most of all wonderful results. Mary *!*..

A good Super B Complex (vitamin) will help with energy issues. Many Americans are lacking in the B vitamins...

Hi - just to let you know that I'm on my second day and also feeling weak. I'm following the plan precisely...so am hoping my energy level returns to normal before I get back to work next week. I also left a message with the nutirition help line to discuss with a counselor..

Good luck and here's to more energy SOON!.

I had the exact same problem. It was a definite problem for two weeks so I went to see my doctor and he did full blood tests. He and I concluded my body was detoxing from all the junk I had been eating. I remained weak with some dizziness for about 3 months straight. Another set of labs and my doctor was surprised at how much my bad cholesterol had dropped as well as my triglycerides. My good cholesterol is only at 39 and when I hit 180 pounds he said he will test everything again.

It's been 4 months for me now and the dizziness and weakness are now gone. I do the Leslie Sansone DVD daily, the bars and muffins no longer give me gas or diarrhea, I take a multi vitamin and I am eating so many veggies that I have surprised myself. See your doctor if necessary but I bet you he won't tell you much...

Hi!.

I felt extremely weak and headachy on my fourth day; I think I was detoxing from all the garbage my body was used to. The fifth day, I felt amazing! Make sure you are drinking all of your water and take it as easy as you can, and see if it gets better within the next few days...

Ironically, you actually may need to start exercising to gain energy. Just start out slowly. Go for walks. I always feel the most energetic right after I've worked out...
