Your question was: Anyone make Medifast pita bread?.

One Medifast Maple Oatmeal; 1 egg white; 1/4 tsp of baking powder, 3-4 tbsp of water. I mix it all together until it gets batter consistency (you may need to add a little more water) then I put it into a PAM sprayed cereal bowl (on the smaller side). I microwave for 2 minutes...though I would suggest trying 1 minute and 30 seconds and add time from there everybody's cooking times are different. It's done when it looks "dry"..

This makes kind of a flat bun about hamburger bun sized, maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch high. It's high enough that I can make a sandwich by cutting it in half..

Today I had a shrimp salad sandwich (2 oz of shrimp, old bay, and 1/2 tsp of lite mayo)..

Good luck!..

1 pack cream of soup.

1 pack Medifast eggs.

1/2 tsp baking powder.

Enough water to mix to a softish batter.

Mix dry ingredients, then add and mix water..

I have two little rectangular dishes that I spray with PAM and divide the mix btewwen the two. Either micro wave, 1 min 40 secs on high in mine, or 10 mins in 400F oven..

Gives you two great meals, I usually toast one in the morning for breakfast, then slice the second one and have a sandwich at lunch time...

I did a bbq chicken pizza on one of these pitas using COC. It was so good. Shredded up about 1/2 a grilled chicken breast and mixed it with Walden Farms BBQ sauce and grilled onions. Sprinkled 2% cheddar over and broiled to melt. It was so delish...

You can mix the eggs with any cream soup and a 1/2 to 1 tsp of baking powder. Mix them together, then add about 1/3 cup of water. Let it rise for a moment, then spread out however you like (I plop it onto a parchment paper lined toaster oven pan) and bake at 375 for 7-10 minutes..

You can always add spices to the dry ingredients to make things like garlic or onion bread..

Once cooked, cut it in half and carefully cut a pocket in it. There ya go!.

Use the cream of tomato and it's a great crust for Medifast legal pizza (add WF marinara on top and some FF mozzarella)..

Cream of chicken/broccoli make a nice plain pita for stuffing with things..

If you spread it thinly on the pan and bake it long enough, it's like pita chips. I've used that to make nachos!..

I've never made pita bread but I have made a flat bread..

Take a packet of cram of anything soup (i like tomato) 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp egg beaters and 2-3 tbsp water. Mix dry ingredients together firts, then add egg beaters and enough water to make a thin, but not runny batter. Spread on a baking sheet (that has been WELL sprayed with cooking spray) in a circle about the size of a salad plate and bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes. When it begins to brown a bit and is set, I lkie to flip it over to brown on the other side. This makes a great base for pizza, or sandwiches, whatever you might want to fill it with (OP of course! )..
