First question I have is Anyone have any good Medifast Diet tips? Many thanks for any response. 2nd question I got is.. Just finished week 4 with ZERO loss and I was 100% op. I did start exer. So discouraged..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could assist you..

That is a bummer. Could just be your body redistributing. Wait for your weigh in next week before getting too discouraged..

Are you drinking enough water? You may need to increase your water consumption since you started exercising...

Aw hon, I really think this is normal. TOTALLY a bummer, but normal. Just check the signatures on this forum. Not many people go without at least one week of no weight loss during this journey..

Hang in there, you KNOW this is working, you can't control your body's weight loss you can only control how closely you follow the plan. Think of the forest, not the trees! You'll get there. Give it one more week of 100 percent OP plus drink your water and see what happens. I think you'll be happier next week!.

The zero loss in my signature is when I started exercising... all is well now though.

I did lose inches that week, so maybe you should check that. Congrats on finishing your first month! The time will fly and soon enough your zero loss week will be a distant memory!..

Also, measure yourself. you may have a slow/no loss but you may lose inches. as long as you have alot of energy, clothes feel better..etc. you will be fine!!..

I lost zero when I started exercising. But I took 1 inch off my butt in less than 4 days..

I was worth it to have my jeans fit without a "muffin top"! :-)..

That's the spirit! It WILL come off, just trust in the plan and trust that the closer you are to 100 percent, the best chance you give your body to shed the weight. Its going to come off, just maybe not on your schedule. And that's OK! Just stick to the plan and trust in it, and it WILL all work out!.

I just had my second 0 loss week (not in a row) and I know, it's hard. But I just keep my eyes on the long term, the 0 loss is just a blip.... Check out my weeks below.....
